A Fireman's Fireman
Raymond "Tim" Nobes was born in 1965 and was a graduate of Danbury High School. He received his bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Mount Saint Mary College in Maryland and honorably served in the United States Army.
Tim was a career firefighter in the Town of Ridgefield, Connecticut for 20 years and one of the first on-staff paramedics in the Town of Brookfield, Connecticut. In May of 2022 Tim was acknowledged as the Brookfield Fire Department Honorary Chief due to his dedication to the Brookfield Fire Department. Throughout his career, Tim had a passion for teaching and instructed a countless number of firefighter, EMS, and Technical Rescue classes. He loved to help others and was considered a mentor to almost every public safety professional that had the opportunity to work alongside him.
Whenever you needed help, Tim was always there.
